Q. My game crashes

Does your game keep crashing? Try the following troubleshooting tips:
1. Please note, our game runs best on devices that meet the following minimum specifications:
- Android OS 5.0 or better, Qualcomm 2.7GHz Quadcore, 3GB
- iOS: iPhone 6 or better
2. Make sure you’ve downloaded the latest game version from the Google Play Store or Apple App Store.
The latest version supports the latest update for stable gameplay.
3. Make sure you have enough space to run the app.
Free up device memory by closing running unused background apps. Increase storage memory by uninstalling apps you no longer need. Also, try transferring (or removing) videos and pictures from your device may help.
